Thanks! Well you must secretly be AntMan! haha. I don't know how you could have ever gotten these out. I spent 4 hours trying. It took me a total of 30 minutes to take off the bumper, swap them and then put it back on.

Took me a long time to figure out the easier way without removing the bumper.
What I ended up did was removing the whole tip bracket from the bumper itself.
I believe it was 3 screws.
I managed to access them by lowering the muffler and rear fender liner.
I am still intrigued to find out a faster way.
Just need to do more.
