Pretty sure...well last time I looked anyway the Cup 2's are a streetable/track tire. Matter of fact they are original equipment tires on many high performance road cars. However, they're poor in the rain. So, Yes, I will more than likely "forgo the Cup2" tires in favor of the new Play Station 4's.
Last time I drove a set of Cup 2'S were on an M4 GTS in the rain and they preformed pretty well actually. Albeit temp was about 65 degrees. Thanks for the heads-up sport.
