Some of the Porsche guys are having issues with it as well. Something to do with the new iPhone (3GS) using bluetooth 2.1 as against 2.0 in the 2G and 3G models.

I'd have thought it was backwards compatible but being Apple who knows.

FYI my iPhone 3G does not charge in my 997.2 either. But I have an iPod Classic in the car for music which stays there all the time so it's not an issue.
