Took him 12 hours. So at least the dealer has the proper computer gear and parts supply to get it sorted out. Hey Keith I hear you but to be fair- I was a drop in without an appointment during a busy holiday week and they have been good with servicing of other vehicles. Like Aronis said, they have the proper equipment and I'm not looking for a quick fix. When it's repaired I need to know details and what troubleshooting was done and not just throw parts at it.
