I'm actually in Maryland, Rockville area.
Winters here are on the mild side, but occasionally can get a few inches of snow a few times a season. I bought a set of 641m's with the Michelin PA4's which will come balanced and with TPMS installed. Nice to know from here on out it will just be simple swaps.
