Is the car financed with BMW GB, you will have stronger redress if thats the case, I would also suggest insisting you talk to the head of customer services UK and the the usual call centre people, I have had to escalate issue on 2 occasions over the years, both times the car was replaced, BMW GB are generally very good in my view
