One way to partially fix this, as noted elsewhere on this forum, is to do some e-brake stops, or drive with it slightly applied. I drove around on empty roads and would do an e-brake stop, (gently) from 25mph. I did this 5 or 6 times, and then also ran with it slightly applied around 30mph for about a minute. This greatly reduced the squeek to the point where it almost never happens.
