I can't see the video here from work, but what type of dyno is it? They all measure differently, some high, some lower. Plus, whoever is operating it can change settings to get higher or lower numbers. Not necessarily saying that is what happened, just stating it is a possiblity. For me, it's all about the change from stock. I will use the same place to dyno, and make sure no other settings are changed. Just try to keep the variables to a minimum.
