well, as an update, as of 2 days ago, the BMW Genius line says my car should be finished this Monday, July 13. This is the end of Week 28/beginning of Week 29, so if they make that window, everything is on schedule.
right now the website is still showing "Production begins", so if I do not see any changes by July 15, I will call them back to see what they can tell me.
I cant imagine that it would take more than a few days to build the car once the body shows up on the line.
