In cold weather climates, it would be nice to have a warm car to get into. I had remote start on a 14 GC SRT but didn't have it on my 17 F85 and its obviously not an option on my 20 F90 - I don't really miss it.
But since cheaper cars have it the badge lovers need something to complain about. I dunno...
