The HEA guide will go from draft to release in a couple of weeks. Then production block updates will occur just prior to Christmas, and again in March. If that block update doesn't cover the change over to the next model year, an additional update in June will be issued. Most components are on a 30+90 day or 30+60 day firing order, so there are constantly minor changes happening every quarter.
