Last year I fat fingered a mobile check deposit and added $10 to it accidently. I could find no way to fix it, so I called. "Awwwww......they will catch it when it hits and correct it." OK. They didn't. I called 2 more times and the lazy people answering just kept putting it off and not even looking into it.

After 6 months - I just added it to my account. You'd expect a bank to catch something like that, even if I DIDN'T call 3 times to tell them.

I often wonder how many times that has happened.
