UPDATE****I found someone locally that I send the clusters out to have the eeproms Virginized
The virgin eeprom will have 0 Miles and no Vin# and will require programming

Can that person also program the cluster and install to make sure everything is working properly, no tamper dot, etc. if I am local in NY?
