You can ring the US phone number and try "Vehicle Production Status" when the menu prompts what you want. You will need a partial VIN or Production No from your CA.

I found this to be a little unreliable and the most accurate production status came from my CA. He got pretty fed up with my relentless requests for updates by the end of my 12 week wait lol.
