Wow... thats shocking to see bmw pick up your car like that. My father had a flat, called bmwrs, and they sent a flatbed (which should be the stanard) but according to your pic, it isn't) and organizedd the Uber ride as well. it was honestly an excellent experience. I can't believe thats how your car was loaded.
