I took it to the dealer and they just cleaned them off and said it was brake dust causing the problem. It was fixed for about 12 hours and then came back worse than ever. I did some poking around online and saw that a few people attribute the solution to getting the rotors replaced. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Again, I get that the noise can not be irradiated but I know for a fact they should not be this noisy.
These brakes make noise .. plain and simple. Some people have better luck than others and utilize different techniques to deal with the noise.

I always bed the breaks as soon as I get the car but it usually comes back in some form or another.

I've replaced the pads on both of my F10 M5's and did the same on my 19 M5C.

I used the pads from ACG and have been pleased with them; other folks have reported they're not happy.
