I reckon 10mm or 12mm for the front is spot on, but I don't think the back needs anywhere near that much. A 5mm spacer maybe, but certainly nothing more.
It's the front wheel that is really tucked in and needs to come out. The rears are actually pretty good how they are. I'd sooner leave them be than put use a spacer that's too big. It makes the car look weird.
