Mine are more like paws. A little under 8" long, but 4-1/4" wide and as thick as a $50 rib-eye. I could never throw a spiral worth a shit. It was like trying to pick up a basketball with a Channel-Lock. But I can shoot 200 rounds out of a .44 mag and still brush my teeth when I get home.
