Yes, that's what he's saying and what I was saying as well based on reading.
Piggyback tunes may be substandard to regular tunes but I'm on Southern California and smog fails here if they detect a tune and I still have warranty for 1.5 years so...
Some of us prefer to be a little more conservative (if you can call 750 hp conservative haha).
