Sure, you may have bought a couple expensive cars in the past…..but they probably barely made any money off you because of the deals they were giving on these cars. Now the market is such that someone else will gladly take the car you didn't want and sell to a new person. This new person will pay MSRP (and not care about absence of touchscreen, B and W, etc.).

It's just the market right now. Same thing happening with Rolex where dealers are treating customers like trash.

This is exactly what happened with the dealer and may or may not happen with BMWNA. Like I said, I am not holding my breath. I believe in giving them the chance to correct it, which they claim to have a desire to do.
