But this is all normal. The same type of rapid depreciation happened to the F10.

FWIW's, my buy out on my wife's 320 is something like $32k, and trade in value is $18k. This is ~10 months out of lease end, original lease was 36/10. So negative equity of $14k. On a car that is over double the value, I assume that negative equity would be at least double... so probably $30-$40k at this point.
