Assuming BMW didn't make a separate ATSC tuner for North America, and if that same EU tuner hardware doesn't support both DVB-T and ATSC, it would be unlikely that we can have this TV feature for the US. |
Sir Loin is correct, I have a DVB-T tuner in my F80 and also had the same in my E90; my E46 just had the UK standard analogue TV tuner, for which TV transmissions ceased a few years ago.
I've just tried streaming sound from my iphone via bluetooth, and that works perfectly too.
There have been some nice surprises in this F80 as regards multimedia.
