Apparently production of PS4S * tyres are due to going back into production on 24 july 2023.
I'd give it a few days after the 24th then ring Michelin back and see if availability has changed.
There are other versions of PS4S in M5 sizes that are for Ferrari, Mercedes and Porsche. Can't say how they would be, if fitted to the M5.
The Pirellis are apparently not that great on the M5.
I'd give the Conti Sports Contact 7 a go but they don't as yet do the rear tyre size.
