Ok I emailed again and they replied almost immediately this time. They said mine is stuck with BMWNA who is having to process everything manually, but they put my name on a list to send to BMWNA this week of people to expedite. They also said I'd get an email when the check is in the mail.
I'll go back to sitting on my hands, I guess. I did appreciate the quick response this time.
