Here's LeaseHackr calculator for the M5 I took possession of a few weeks ago:
leasehackr.com/calculator?make=BMW&miles=12000&msd=0&msrp=121785. 00&sales_price=109607&months=36&mf=.00137&dp=0&dea ler_fee=599&acq_fee=925&taxed_inc=0&untaxed_inc=0& rebate=0&resP=57®_fee=500&sales_tax=6&demo_mile age=0&memo=%20&acqFee_check=true&salesPriceTax_rad io=true
I plugged your numbers into the LH calc and seems like you could do quite a bit better on the monthly payment and this doesn't include any BMW loyalty incentives as I'm not sure if you qualify:
leasehackr.com/calculator?make=BMW&miles=12000&msd=0&msrp=117000& sales_price=102500&months=36&mf=.00137&dp=0&dealer _fee=599&acq_fee=925&taxed_inc=0&untaxed_inc=0&reb ate=0&resP=57®_fee=500&sales_tax=4.15&demo_mile age=0&memo=%20&acqFee_check=true&salesPriceTax_rad io=true
I highly recommend the broker discountsales2020 on LeaseHackr.com. He already has the relationships with numerous dealerships and takes all the headache out of the process. Good luck!!
Thanks!
