Ok so the Brake Master Cylinder seems to be the same on all 5 series. I looked on getBMWparts.com and so far the only part different other than the hardware itself, are the shields. Programming I'll stop by today the dealer and ask.
Edit: Just spoke to someone at
https://tro-nik.com/carbon-ceramic-brakes-bmw-m5-f90/ and they did confirm that coding must be done, but all the master cyl and boosters are the same as the steel.
