Ok on the defouler. Using a tune to simulate proper o2 readings wouldn't pass? All of my cars are/were decatted and never failed NY inspection. My X5M just passed with no problem. Velos tune, catless d pipes.
You have no CEL but your failing inspection? Can you post the results sheet? |
