Well, finally found the Vogtlands for 15mm, like this site:

However, I cannot find a review for them. I'm not a fan of the 1" drop in the rear on Dinan either. I wish it was 1/2" all around to be honest. Since I want to add 19" wheels and the M3/4 LCAs.
Found H&R 15mm springs, but only on a German website. Have not found these in the US yet.
