I run Eibach Pro-Kit springs on m235iX and Adaptive suspension. Really like them.

Part number for RWD is E10-20-030-02-22, or E10-20-030-03-22 for AWD.
Also, I use bumpstops that Dinan sells with their kit (oem part number 31331138814 front and 33536762722 rear) since the lowering seems very similar. Initially, I used trimmed original bumpstops and that sucked when hitting potholes, etc. The combo with "dinan" bumpstops works great, though.

The lowering is less than H&R which I think is good as you still get enough shock travel. for RWD it's supposed to be 20 mm front and 10 mm rear, for AWD it's 15 mm front and 10 mm rear.

I can confirm for the AWD as measured several months after install, exactly 15 and 10 mm on my car. The car actually looks lower than just 15/10 mm, but not slammed like on H&R. I checked and double-checked and it's only 15/10 mm lower although because the nose is a bit lower than the back it plays that visual trick on you.

The ride is a bit stiffer and somewhat harsher on road imperfections, think almost like sport mode on stock suspension, maybe a bit harsher on junctions but still absolutely usable for everyday and quite comfy overall.

Sharper turn-in, more precise and a bit better handling overall, a bit heavier steering that feels just right, less nose dive and better cornering, a bit less body roll, and what was most important to me - a lot more stable at high speed, a good satisfying planted feel.
