this is NOT cool.
okay this past sat. ive placed a ED order for a 330i jet black/black CA,PDC,NAV,ZPP,ZSP. put down $500 on my cc. and my sales guy asked me when did i want to go? i said early Jan. so he looks up something in a book and mentions something about Jan 9th...he said he wont be sure until mon. (i assumed maybe because BMW was closed on the weekends?). so anyhow monday comes and passes...no call. okay ill wait till tom. so tues night i call and leave a message and email him...still no reply...okay NOT COOL. so wait another day i called again today (thurs), and still no call back. WTF is going on?!? :mad: is this normal? i was sooooo excited and now im kinda getting mad. this will be my first BMW and the service (it may be just be this one guy, but) is kinda driving me away. im actually thinking about cancelng the order and getting the IS. but the BMW drives so damn nice... i know the dealer is not making much profit of the ED order and its only a 3 series but i feel really disrespected right now. help...so what do i do? should i say FU and cancel the order and look else where? or is this normal? and my deposit is refundable right? so whats the basic process for ED? like what should i be expecting after i place my order (pick-up date? something offical looking from BMW?) plus if anyone knows a good ED sales person (someone who will actually call me back...and be excited with me) in so.cal contact info would be nice. thanks for listening guys...hoping for the best...
