I am installing yellow DRL on my 2018 M5 right now and it is a pain since the bumper cover has to come off for access. There are some DIY. I have not finished yet so I don’t have any comments. I am installing the Carbahn intercooler supplemental heat exchanger first. In the photo you will see a set of aluminum fins sticking down from the underside of the headlight. The module is inside of that finned cover.
