Cylinder 3 coil failure confirmed by the shop. They SA suggested to change all the coils but really dealer's choice. SA said it could be months before the next coil fails. So it's either $400 now (for one) or $3500 later (for all).

I'm opting for one coil and keeping an eye out for the next failure (whenever that happens) via OBD scanner.
