Heat can cause boost targets to be missed. Doesn't seem like the ECU thinks anything is wrong, and having timing pulled
can affect a host of other factors not just reduced power.
It's hot and your octane rating isn't keeping up. But I think it's normal for this car especially if you are running stock boost
Edit: Just noticed you are not running stock boost. Might want to retard the timing slightly in your tune.
