In thinking about timing and location, a couple places come to mind :
The Arboretum of South Barrington or Oakbrook mall area (Behind Michael Jordan's restaurant, there is a perfect parking lot that we can meet). I'm Not familiar with the regulations or logistics, but that's a shot in the dark that I could think of.
