Honestly the trophy is just that a trophy, the points are what matter and the sportsmanship is definitely something we should want to see more of and not just a tragic moments like we seen in the past. The rivalries are great and make for good racing but once they are off the track it’s good to see friendship like max and lando and other drivers on the grid. A trophy can be replaced regardless of who pays for it.
