Well, I finally picked up the M5 Comp today. They ended up replacing the 3 spark plugs that were damaged, due to coolant hose leaking into injectors. They also replaced the coolant hose that was damaged. They did not replace the other injectors, or the coil packs, as BMW will only do what is "needed" haha...
All in all, another great warranty experience. Saved me $4,200 in labor/parts. See pics below. Hose replaced was part #5. hopefully no one else has this issue!
