My 2022 M5 CS has CCB's - didn't squeal at first, but now does occasionally. Not as much as my M4/M5. Seems to be getting worse.
My dad had a 2016 F10 M5 with CCBs and they squealed constantly.
In short, as AHall said above, there's no guarantee they won't.
