Yes the break in service was initially.
-oil
-front diff fluid
-rear diff fluid
Now:
-oil
-rear diff fluid
If you bought your car I would do the front diff as well. Again, don’t trust BMWs service recommendations to ever be in the interest of the car but their own wallet.
