So I mean, Dinan (the person) has been building race motors for BMW Factory teams and others for decades...
Developing things for OE cars, where 99% of the barrier is decrypting/defeating software locks to actually edit tables is the problem - which is a different skillset entirely to editing tables, ignition timings etc.
