This is not absolutely true, yes R it's better to use more camber on R comps because they grip so much that they shift even more weight outside but it's really dependent on your driving.

I agree -3,-3.5 would be even better but -2.5 strikes a nice balance between track and street duty. With the advent of new tire compounds there are excellent "Streetable" tires to choose from in the 200tw and lower spectrum. Some are even faster than older R comps.
