My guess is no. The X7 and X5 are relatively close in most exterior measurements with the exception of length, where the X7 is about 10 inches longer. So to me, it makes sense that that is the only measurement in the cargo area that is meaningfully different.
I've had X5s as loaners before. Just by "feel," the X7's cargo area felt noticeably larger but it was not a crazy difference.
