For that mileage, I'd recommend new spark plugs and coil packs if they haven't already been done. A walnut blast wouldn't hurt as well. Not required, but if you want to get her as close to back to new as you can, this is a great thing to do.
If you plan on modding, an aluminum charge pipe is highly recommended as the stock ones are prone to breaking when pushing the car. While you're there, you might as well do a new intercooler since it's accessed during the charge pipe install. That's about it.
