I have a call into BMW NA and was told that within 2 business days someone would reach out to me; I've also spoken to an attorney who handles these kind of cases. It's pretty cut and dry IMO - the vehicle was brought in for the 1,200 mile service with 1,000 extra miles on it - they did not deny doing the service, charge me for the service nor did they state that my warranty was voided at the time that they performed the service. They continued doing warranty work after that service and I have the service documents.
I think I would say more than anything I am let down by BMW NA's position on this and the stress/aggravation it is causing for no reason. Fingers crossed.
