I would imagine you have a near zero chance of success in a court case for this matter against BMW UK or BMW AG....unless your sales contract or BMW sales literature explicitly stated that you would receive a specific exhaust sound from a new car sold to you and that sound is not present.
If Sytner mis-represented the car (re the sound it would make) during the sales process and you can prove it then you may well have a case against them.
