A local dealer here in the LA area has a 2019 M5 CP with the specs I want for MSRP $125,020, which with all discounts and lease credits they are offering for $118,023 ($115,420 adjusted price) - $1,749 monthly (incl. taxes), $0 down + $3,342 drive-off.

Going by True Car, which lists the average price for a similar spec'd car at around $117,000, and a good price at around $113,000, this does not seem like a great deal, but maybe I'm not aware of something here.

I'm going to another dealer tomorrow that has been great in the past, to see what offer they can make me, if I order a new 2020, I'm just looking for some general opinion on what a good price/rate for the vehicle I'm looking for would be - Thank you!
It's a pretty poor offer. How long has the car been on the lot? Either way, on a 19 I'd be shooting for 12-14% off right now before incentives.

Expand your search radius, and don't physically visit the dealerships - do all negotiation over email/text/phone, more efficient that way.
