I bought both my RS7's. You are 100% right, the AUDI FS leases are horrendous and especially on RS cars where the residuals are shockingly low. Mid 40's would be on the higher side for 36/15k. And their MF's are higher than BMW.. but lower than MBFS and Porsche.
Sadly the RS6 wont lease well as its an.... RS. The current Sportback RS5 and coupe which competes with the M3/M4 segment leases like shit. 36 months at 10k is 51% or around there and a MF well over 2. Whereas in its prime, the F8X had 36/10k residual over 60% and MF's in the 1's.
If you want Audi you will need to buy.... even R8's lease like crap.
