Warranty on what? The entire car? The factory exhaust? Changing an exhaust doesn't simply void a car's warranty. The dealer would have to prove that the swapped exhaust affected the defective item(s) in question. If the radiator started leaking and you had an aftermarket exhaust, why would the dealer not fix/replace the leaking radiator under warranty?
