Possible although not probable; something damaged under warranty would have to be tied back to the dps as the root of the problem in order to void the warranty.
TBH, always mod at your own risk knowing anything is a possibility with BMW these days. This is the safest approach; if you never want to deal w/ warranty issues leave everything OEM.
I've modded every M5 I've ever owned (5) and my current 19' M5 will not be different but I completely understand the price to play the mod game. |
