The Turbo and Turbo S were similar in 991.1.
991.2 is a whole new ball game and both Turbos are considerably faster. Nevertheless 991.1 Turbo or Turbo S are M5 non Comp fast. M5 Comp is almost on pair with 991.2 Turbo S and is as fast as 991.2 Turbo.
The M5 has better gearing ratios and more torque. It may weigh around 300kg more but it is more potent. And I believe the M5 has better aerodynamics. It is a tough race
