Turns out, they told me they simply applied the wrong lug bolt torque, causing the vibration. I think they probably air wrenched one bolt down at a time, way too tight, and the wheel never seated properly on the hub, hence the vibration. All is well now. Break in service done. Will post the invoice soon.
